3. Intellectual Property

The presentation and content of the glenwoodwhisky.com website are works protected by Norwegian and international legislation relating to intellectual property. The protectable background elements such as texts, photographs, data, graphics, videos, images, etc., as well as the elements of form (choice, plan, arrangement of materials, organization of data, etc.) are the property of GLENWOOD under copyright and under the right of the producer of the database. Under this ownership, GLENWOOD can exploit these various elements alone or with the agreement of the rights holders worldwide. Consequently, any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, on any medium whatsoever, may not be made without the prior consent of GLENWOOD.
Exceptions for private use : the works on this site may only be used in a private and non-exclusive manner by any user of the site.
